We supply & fit garage door operators for all types of garage doors. Enjoy the luxury of opening and closing your door from the push of a button, without having to get out of your car, or walk outside. If you currently have a manual up & over, single skin roller or sectional garage door then you can often upgrade your existing garage door to be automated.
All of our new operators come with a minimum of two remote controls as standard. For increased convenience and smart home compatibility many new garage door openers are now Wi-Fi compatible. For those that do not as standard or for older operators there are often aftermarket Wi-Fi module kits available. Open your garage door via Alexa or other smart home systems. For the times you aren't in your home, smartphone apps mean you can control your garage door from anywhere in the world, perfect for deliveries when you're on holiday.
We don't just install garage door operators, we install all other components involved with automatic garage doors including, control boards, safety systems (ensuring the door auto-reverses in the event of an obstruction) and intruder alarms (subject to manufacturer). We also supply and install a wide range of optional extras including external digital keypads, decorative LED lighting strips and internal wall mounted remotes.
If you currently have an automatic door but the motor is now struggling to move the door, we would first suggest that we try and increase the spring tension of the garage door. A correctly tensioned door is the most important factor for any automated door and often older doors can lose tension over time. If increasing the tension resolves your motor labouring issue then you have saved yourself the expense of a new motor. If servicing the door and increasing the spring tension does not resolve the issue it demonstrates the operator has reached the end of its service life and we can then replace this for a new one.
On occasion some remote controls for older openers are discontinued, in this instance we can install a brand new remote and receiver kit, to allow you to continue using your automatic garage door without having to purchase a new operator.
All new motors installed by us come with a minimum of a 5 year manufacturers warranty. There are of course cheaper operators available on the market but we know first hand that these do not only lack the security offered by our range of openers but also they just simply don't last the test of time, hence they are only offered with a standard 1 year manufacturers warranty.
